El eurodance es un subestilo de la música dance, típico de los 90 (1992-1996) en Europa, Oceanía y Sudamérica. Sus orígenes están en el dance y el pop. Es un estilo que aunque es dance, es muy comercial (el dance normal no lo es), sus canciones suelen ser bastante radiadas y populares. Estas canciones, se suelen incluir, además de recopilatorios dance, en recopilatorios de pop. Suele tener voces femeninas, trozos masculinos rapeados, o voces masculinas (menos común).
2 Unlimited fue un popular dueto de música dance creado por los productores belgas Jean-Paul De Coster y Phil Wilde. Tras elegir como intérpretes a los cantantes holandeses Anita Doth y Ray Slijngaard, en 1991 salió a la venta su primer single titulado "Get Ready to This", que alcanzó un décimo puesto en las listas de ventas holandesas, así como un inesperado segundo lugar en Gran Bretaña.
Después de este hit, en 1992 llegó el primer álbum bajo el título de "Get Ready", del que se extrajeron los singles "Twilight Zone", "Workaholic" y "The Magic Friend", que gozaron de una buena aceptación en Gran Bretaña y Holanda.
