La chicha es un género musical que apareció en la década de los 80s. Es la fusión de la cumbia colombiana adaptada en la selva peruana y el huayno que es la expresión de la sierra del Perú. Inicialmente fue una copia de la cumbia colombiana que, en una primera ola, recorrió por la selva y la sierra. Con cada ola, la música se iba adaptando cada vez más a la selva y a la sierra. Para finalmente, fusionarse completamente con el huayno que dio nombre al género: CHICHA. El grupo LOS SHAPIS, CHACALON
Genesis es uno de los grupos de rock británicos más famosos. Creado a finales de los sesenta, ha mantenido una trayectoria exitosa hasta la década de los noventa.
Durante Octubre de 2006, el grupo anunció una reunión, que se concretó con una gira en el 2007.
