Theres all these, umm,
people hangin out,
in front, asleep,
just on the footpath,
you know laying down,
maybe a card board box um to sleep on and be lucky to have a blanket and uhh people were stepping over the top in two or three degrees when in celcuis,
two or three degrees is freezing cold. People just stepping over the top to get in there cars.
