Esrefzâde senin kemter kulundur
Ilahi kulunu senden ay¦ma

Seni sevmek benim denim imanim
Ilahi dini imandan ay¦ma

O Allah we cry to You, and we implore
You not to turn us away from Your door
For we are drowning, rescue us to the shore
Send Your blessings on us like a downpour
