It's been a whole time now
A year or four I guess
That we stood there in the pasture
Sometimes there were even horses

We used to look at the stars
Next to the grass was a wood
A small brook flew inside

We used to shatter overthere
It's all over now
It had to give ground
Appartments were built up there
And even the brook was filled with sand

We will never enjoy that scenic view again
Who knows what will disappear
For this commerce too

We will ever know
