Made a promise to myself to be thankful everyday
Not to take the easy way out
And keep bad thoughts inside
It's getting better
Everyday first i push it out
Then i suck it in
It gets under my skin and it crawls around
Made a promise to myself not to give up so easily
Put my anger up on a shelf
Trade it in for pen and paper.
