Before this hopeless scene no poetry lasts

There are tears all around
And I can't stand off from the grief that they feel
Sad eyes raining drops of woe, soaking my mind

There's fear high and low
They're waiting the angels they will never see
So long, till the end of days, enduring the sorrow

Hear the hissing, see the falling stars
Rockets rushing from the sky

Come out and frolic on this chancy street
Playing as refugee

There is an ache inside my heart as I see them fall apart
Planes sowing seeds of doom, burying my mind
They are sleeping on the ruins, dreaming of better days
Awaiting a future that never arrives
